Expertise juridique dans le cadre de projets de partage de données

The main mission of CRIDS is to take an active part in supporting and accompanying the Crossroads Bank for Data Exchange ("BCED" - a joint body of the Walloon Region and the French Community) in the various legislative steps (analysis of legal bases, proposals for legislative amendments, drafting of bills in collaboration with public authorities) to be undertaken in the context of administrative simplification projects.
These legislative approaches mainly concern the exchange of data between Walloon and French Community public administrations, the implementation of new authentic data sources, and assistance in accessing authentic sources held by other administrations.
